Abstract

Java has remained a cornerstone in enterprise application development due to its platform independence, extensive library support, and robustness. This manuscript delves into the recent advancements in Java performance optimization, focusing on key innovations in Just-In-Time (JIT) compilation, Garbage Collection (GC), multithreading, and runtime monitoring. We evaluate their implications for enterprise applications, showcasing how these techniques enhance throughput, latency, and scalability while addressing bottlenecks in large-scale systems. Finally, we explore the scope and limitations of current optimizations, outlining potential research directions.
