The rapid evolution of mobile technology has necessitated the development of applications that can operate seamlessly across multiple platforms. Java, a versatile and widely-adopted programming language, has emerged as a potent tool for building cross-platform mobile applications. This manuscript explores the utilization of Java in the creation of mobile applications compatible with diverse operating systems such as Android and iOS. Through a comprehensive literature review, methodological framework, statistical analysis, and simulation research, the study evaluates Java's efficacy, performance, and adaptability in cross-platform development.
