Statistical Process Control (SPC) plays a crucial role in ensuring quality control and optimization in bioprocessing systems. The use of SPC in bioprocessing has gained prominence due to its effectiveness in monitoring, controlling, and improving various biological and chemical processes. This manuscript explores the applications of SPC in bioprocessing, highlighting its impact on maintaining process stability, reducing variability, and improving product quality. The paper reviews the existing literature on SPC techniques used in bioprocessing and presents a case study demonstrating the practical application of SPC in a real-world bioprocessing system. Statistical analysis using control charts is employed to assess the performance of bioprocesses in this case study. The findings show that SPC techniques significantly enhance the quality and efficiency of bioprocessing operations, leading to improved yields and reduced production costs.
