Submissions are open all year. Accepted papers are published open access.
Article Processing Charges
JIITS is open access: anyone can read and download every article free of charge. Authors of accepted papers pay a one-time article processing charge (APC). There is no fee to submit and no fee for rejected papers.

When and how to pay
Payment is requested only after a paper has been accepted. The fee never influences the review decision. The editorial office sends the payment details with the acceptance letter. Questions: editor@jiits.org.
Fee waiver
Authors who cannot pay may ask the editor for a full or partial waiver before acceptance. A waiver request has no effect on peer review.
